Lauramino Propionic Acid

Description

Occurs naturally in apples, strawberries, tea and violet leaves. An oily liquid with a slightly pungent, rancid odor. Can be obtained from wood pulp and waste liquor, and be fermentation. Used in perfume bases and as a mold inhibitor, antioxidant and preservative in cosmetics. Its salts have been used as antifungal ingredients to treat skin mold.
