Description
Cobalt (II) carbonate, or simply cobalt carbonate, is a reddish paramagnetic solid and an intermediate in the hydrometallurgical purification of cobalt from its ores. Cobalt carbonate is an inorganic pigment, and a precursor to catalysts. It is often used in dietary supplements.
