Description
An accepted contraction of sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate is an anionic detergent and surfactant found in many personal care products. Sodium lauryl sulfate is used in lower concentrations in cosmetics and household products, such as cleaning products, toothpastes, shampoos, and shaving foams.
