Description
85% active, naturally derived Behenyl quaternary conditioning agent and self-emulsifier which was developed for formulators who prefer working with a chloride quat or who require a material approved for use in Japan (JSCI). The material is substantive to both hair and skin. In hair care products, Incroquat™ Behenyl TMC-85 exhibits excellent wet combing and provides conditioning without build-up. The material is mild enough for leave-in conditioners and can be used as a base for rinse-off conditioners and cream rinses or as the sole ingredient for “bareminimum’ balsam-type systems.
